Subscription businesses lose customers every day to payments that should have gone through. Not fraud, not cancellations: a card issuer's system erring on the side of caution at the merchant's expense. Retain Capital exists to recover that revenue and give subscribers a second chance to stay without asking merchants to rebuild any part of their payment stack.

We built our recovery engine specifically for subscription billing, where a single missed renewal can end a customer relationship that took months or years to build. Every part of our process is designed around that problem, from the API to the reporting dashboard.
